Can anyone register with Umpire Centre?
No. To register, you must umpire for, or be associated with an organization (district, league, club, etc.) that is an Umpire Centre customer. If the organization you umpire for is an Umpire Centre customer, they will contact you and provide you with an activation code to register with.

How do I get my activation code?
The organization that you umpire for should have supplied it. If not, send us an email and we will send you the details, provided your name matches one supplied by your organization.

Why is my name missing after the activation page?
There are two possible causes for this. Please read the following to see which one applies to you:

  1. You may have already registered. Click on the ‘forgot password’ link. If Umpire Centre recognizes your email address it will send you an email with your password. If this occurs, you are already registered with Umpire Centre and simply need to log in. If the ‘forgot password’ feature tells you that it does not recognize your email address, you are not registered yet or have supplied a different email address.
  2. Your name was not supplied to Umpire Centre by either your associated organization. Contact your club or district to find out if this is the case.

Do I have to register each time I use Umpire Centre?
No. You only need to register once.

I registered last year; do I have to register again?
You only need to register once. Your account will carry over to other seasons as well.

Is my personal information protected?

No. You can change your preferences and details once you are logged in; just click on the 'My Section' menu button and open the appropriate form.
