In a perfect world, all umpires would have internet access. Unfortunately,
this is not the case; there will always be individuals who either cannot,
or refuse to access the internet. However, this does not prevent you from
using Umpire Centre!
To overcome this problem, we have developed a series of online proxy
tools, allowing the assignment administrator to act on behalf of the umpire.
For the few offline umpires, the administrator can accept or decline
games on the umpire's behalf through Umpire Centre, then mail their
game schedules to them.
